We moved Finsickle Supper Club to Wednesday night. And we realized that we couid go to Gracia. Gracia is closed on Tuesdays. We were slightly disappointed the last time, mostly because they had taken their incredible shrimp dish off the menu. We think they were rotating new dishes and didn’t have quite perfected. But…Gracia was GREAT this time. Gracia will be back in our regular rotation.
Hummus with Alleppo Chile oil and za’atar. Pretty good. Not as good as Aba, but awfully good.
Crab stuffed piquillo peppers. Preserved lemon aioli…gotta make some of that aioli with preserved lemons. What a concept.
Crispy potatoes. Crispy potatoes are great everywhere and anywhere.
Lions mane mushrooms—this was absolutely delightful. Lots of tastes.
The lamb chops are honestly the best in town. I was challenged on this, so now we are going to have to do the lamb chop tour. Oh..how sad for us.
Paella for two. Who would have thunk that it could be so good. Prawns and salmon and some crispy rice. We could have feasted on just that…and…well. the lamb chops.
For a minute there I thought I was reading Cooks Illustrated!!! Beautiful!
